Thank you for your order from The Washington Times Gift Store. All merchandise is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify, and shipped directly to you. Please review the information below to understand how your order is processed and what to expect for delivery.

1.  How Shipping Works

Every order placed in the Store goes through two phases before it reaches you:

  • Production time: The time required to print, quality-check, and package your item. Because each product is made to order, production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, though this may vary by product type and demand.

  • Transit time: The time your package spends in the carrier’s network after it leaves the production facility. Transit times vary by shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout reflect the combined total of production and transit time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

2.  Domestic Shipping (United States)

The following options are available for orders shipping within the United States. Estimated times are calculated from the date of order placement.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Shipping costs for each method are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

3.  International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping availability and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. The table below provides general guidance.

International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal conditions, and carrier capacity. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions about applicable fees. We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue declared amounts on customs forms.

4.  Order Processing

Orders are submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1 business day of placement. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including the shipping address, product, size, and color selections.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

5.  Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account at store.washingtontimes.com and viewing your order history.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

6.  Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders in transit or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer without additional charge.

If you identify an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at affiliates@washingtontimes.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

7.  Shipping Delays

While we work to meet estimated delivery windows, some factors are outside our control and may cause delays, including:

  • Carrier service disruptions, strikes, or capacity constraints.

  • Severe weather events or natural disasters.

  • Increased order volume during holiday periods.

  • Customs processing for international orders.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

8.  Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at affiliates@washingtontimes.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, arrange a replacement shipment at no charge.

For packages marked “Delivered,” please first check with neighbors and your local post office, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9.  Orders with Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different dates, depending on which Printify production facility fulfills each item. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping costs for multi-item orders are calculated at checkout and reflect the combined shipping for all items in the order.
